I never EVER find anything at Target, but as I was racing through to buy a car seat (DH left ours in Seattle), I saw and grabbed this dress off the rack. It is way cheaper, although very different, than the Anthro lace dress I've been coveting. Still, it needs to be at least an 8 or back it goes. Here it is with no foundation garments (blargh, lumpy!), with and without belt. They also have it in a fab green so if it works, I'm going back to get that color too!
Please be honest - cheap or not, I don't need closet clutter!
