Here's a rundown of my most recent Nordie's order:

#1 -- Caslon Ruffle Trim Cardi: Was hoping to come up with at least one of Angie's "new style" cardis to work with her autumn MOTG formulas. Love this particular color of purple, as it pairs well with my favorite neutral, charcoal gray. Not so sure the bottom ruffle hits at a very flattering place. The fabric is somewhat thin for a cardi, but not any thinner than some of my pullover sweaters.

#2/3 -- Caslon Ruffle Wrap Cardi: The self belt isn't my favorite feature. I've included a pic w/o the belt as another possibility. Fabric is thicker (more like most cardis I've had) than the other cardi. Still not sure the bottom ruffle is an asset.

#4 -- Vertical Design Wool Blend Sweater Jacket: Thought I'd try this as an alternative to jackets that always seem too tight in the shoulders if they fit everywhere else. Love the charcoal gray color. Not so sure the fit is flattering. The sleeves are too long (I know you're shocked!), so I had to scrunch up the sleeves as of course alterations with a sweater aren't an option.

#5 -- Miss Sixty Faux Leather Safari Blazer: I really like this! It actually has room enough through the shoulders while still fitting closely through the body. Would really fill a wardrobe hole for me. Once again, the sleeves are too long. I've turned the right sleeve under to show proportions, and left the other one long so you can see the cuff. My new tailor is quite comfortable working with faux leather, and quoted me $20 to shorten these sleeves.

I'd welcome all feedback! Please be honest if you don't think something fits/flatters/works for me as anything can go back if necessary. Thanks, ladies! You're the best!

Oh my goodness! The lot is k-word worthy! KEEP it all if you can. Swap out the self colour belt? Can you turn back the sleeves of the jacket?

(I can see you love your new stuff too - your photos say it all).

Sweet haul, Becky! I really love the feminine ruffles of 1-2 and the colors--the colors are gorgeous on you. I've pretty much given up on the woven jacket so I can really appreciate #4--a great basic that you can use as a jacket. I love it because it fits you so well and looks so versatile. Great safari jacket. I was worried about the chest pockets but you really wear it well. It's fab on you. Did you score these in the petite department?

I really like 2--if you are only keeping one of the cardigans, I would choose that one. Also like 5.

I love everything! My favorite is the Caslon Ruffle Wrap Cardi both ways (2 and 3), the color is great for you!

Ooooh, you're all going to make this difficult for me, aren't you? I really wasn't planning on keeping it all. I will for sure keep the Miss Sixty faux leather jacket. I loved it the instant I put it on and could tell it fit well even without you all reassuring me (which doesn't happen often). I also ordered the scarf Angie mentioned in her Ageless Casual Ensemble blog post, in fuschia. ( http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/31.....ltback=243 ). I will definitely keep it as well. I will probably send the sweater jacket back. I just don't love it, and it's the most expensive item at $90. I'm indecisive about the ruffle cardis. I really felt like they added volume at the hips (which would be great for an IT, but not so much for me). But it seems like they've both gotten unanimous approval here.

Angie, I have received my smaller Luckys. They feel snug, but look good. They need to go to the tailor for hemming. Hopefully you'll see them before too much longer!

Kelly, yes, these are all petite sizes. I guess my arm length must be "uber-petite!" Do give the sweater jacket a try if you need something like that. It really does solve some of those shoulder fit problems.

Ah, Louise, you enabler, you! Do you have a preference between the two cardis if I only keep one?

Stephanie, thanks for mentioning your preference on the cardis. I wonder if one of the lengths would look better over a dress/skirt?

Beth, do you have a preference if I want to eliminate one of the cardis? Having seen the one, would you eliminate it based on quality/durability?

Thanks, Sarah. Yes, sleeve lengths drive me crazy! But at least they can be shortened! I feel for those who have the opposite problem, because length can't be added nearly so readily! Would you prefer one cardi over the other?

Hmmm...if you had to make me choose, I guess I'd pick the teal one (unbelted), but I really do like them both.

OT - tee hee, I have a whole closet full of too-big jeans from my pre-YLF years. What a relief that I finally have jeans that fit. I'm glad you were able to find some. But I always have to hem mine, too ; )

On you I like the blue cardi best of the two. Looks graceful, good with your skin tone, and the shape is great. The purple is nice, but the blue will flutter when you move. ^_^

Thanks, Sarah, for that "forced" decision. Jeans that fit well are a must. These did fit well 2-1/2 years ago when I bought them, but I've lost a few pounds since then. I'm glad you found something that worked for you.

I'm glad you weighed in, Kira. I'm finding that variations of teal/peacock blue are becoming favorite colors for me.

If you aren't keeping them all, then I vote #2 and #4. The best of the bunch to my eye.

If I had to get rid of something it would be No. 4. It could be worn in many of the same ways as the jacket, which you are keeping. and the coloring is the same. The first cardi is a great color that's different, and the green/blue is divine on you. Don't see any "hip" issues regarding ruffles. You'll have some stellar outfits once the new jeans come back from the tailor.

Of everything, if something has to go, I vote #4, only because it doesn't have the interesting details of the others. But all of them look great. Do you think you will get tired of two ruffle sweaters? Both colors are great on you!

Thanks, Taylor, Isabel, and Renee, for the compliments. I am blushing. I think I must be much harder on myself than necessary. It's so hard to look at oneself objectively, I think (or at least it is for me).

Lisa, you like the sweater jacket better than the pleather jacket?

Una, I truly don't know if I want two ruffle sweaters, so maybe my budgetary constraints are helpful in this case.

Everything looks fab on you! I guess I would just think about what holes you have in your wardrobe, then decide that way. Sorry I'm not more help--everything looks great!

You look fabulous in that faux leather jacket. The longer green sweaters are great on you, too. The length is very, very flattering. The purple is really pretty, but I especially love the gray sweater. The fit and texture is scrumptious on you. I like you in bolder pieces like that. :o)

Thanks, Jonesy, for reminding me of wardrobe holes. I really think one ruffled cardi will be enough for me, and I think between #4 and #5 I only need one, since they play a similar wardrobe role.

The first two cardis look fantastic on you and really suit your coloring. The jacket looks good too. The gray jacket is ok but I just don't find it as special or flattering as the rest.

I love the 1st cardigan and the last jacket. Every one of the pieces are wonderful but those two are my favorite.

I love it all too... but if we're having to choose, I'd say the teal sweater and leather jacket are top picks. I really like the sweater jacket on you as well. I can see it being a great casual piece, but if you don't think it's worth the $90 then don't keep it.

Maya, thanks for the compliment on the colors. Color tends to play a big part in my choosing clothing; if an item l like doesn't come in a color I feel is flattering for me, I don't buy it.

QM, your vote validates the way I am leaning. Sometimes posting pics and discussing items with the great YLF ladies helps me work through these issues more thoroughly and thoughtfully than I might have on my own.
