I saw this BR pencil skirt on sale for $28 in petite sizes. I don't have a neutral pencil skirt except in black, and this would fill a hole. Does it fit okay? It's a little wrinkled from the packing. In general, I find pencil skirts difficult, as they often flare more in the hips than I can fill out, but if I size down the waist will be too tight (it's the opposite of the pretty pear issue).
Please ignore my pajama shirt and bashed-up legs!
