Keep or return - all kinds of new stuff - 9 photos!

So a bunch of items arrived today! I feel like I have ordered a ton of things, but hardly kept any of them. Two did not fit and are not even worth posting. Sorry I'm wearing a new hat from the art museum Christmas fair today - hope it's not too distracting.

Here we have:

1. A sleeveless jersey dress frrom Last Call. I thought this was more of a sheath, but it's a fake wrap-around style with an elastic waist and a sort of toga frront. It is really comfortable. But is it fab, and do I need it?

2/3/4/5. A Tahari sheath dress - front/side/bust close-up/with new cardi from Nordstrom . Angie was right, these run tiny! I wouldn't say it doesn't fit, but it sort of blouses out at the top because the waist JUST fits my ribcage and slides up a little (see photo # ). Also, it's too long and needs hemming.. Can I do better? There's a littlle back belt hanging down because I was too lazy to snap it. Dress shopping is the bane of my existence! And how is the cardigan?

6: A gratuitous purchase from Last Call - a Mongolian wool scarf in teal!

7/8 - a jersey cowlish-neck shirt from Last Call - I'm pretty sure I love this. And close-up with kooky new hat.

9. Boden jersey tunic. Okay, now I think Boden runs small. Or else I am running big. It fits in a "body-skimming" way. Is this print too overwhelming on me?

I think #1 works.. it's hard to see from the photo. I'd pass on 2-4... I'm not crazy about the way it bunches at the bust. Love the cardigan, scarf, and cowl tunic.
I'm undecided about the boden tunic. I've never been crazy about many boden prints, so I don't feel qualified to properly assess this one.

I also like dress #1 I am not crazy about how the bust fits on the other.
The last...boden... tunic ! FAB, Love it styled exactly as is. and I LOVE you in Blue....amazing color on you!!

I really like #1; I'd talk to a tailor about the sheath; love the blue.

I do think the Boden print works well with your personal style; though I know traditional rules might nix it as being overwhelming for your small frame, I think you might just be able to HANDLE the print.

I like dress #1, would pass on the Tahari sheath. I think that the blue tunic looks incredible on you, and I like the Boden tunic as well. It seems to fit well with your style, from what I've seen of it. I don't think that it looks too small at all.

You look so fab in the blue tunic! I also like the Boden tunic on you ~ it really fits your style. I can't really judge the dress in #1 well from the picture. Pass on the dress in #2-5; you can do better. The cardi fits you really well and the color is awesome on you; what do you think of it?

I'd pass on the Tahari dress - I do not like the fit. But 1, 8 and 9? Awesome! The Boden tunic/dress is ROCKIN'! I love it!

I love you ladies! I am actually going to pass on both dresses. You all are right on the Theory dress, and the first one is completely unnecessary. I'm also sending back the Boden tunic - although it is appealing, I fear I will not wear it because it is so fitted. Well, okay, I may hang on to it and try again when I'm not feeling so bloated from turkey...

I also returned the striped poncho shirt. I've gone from being completely promiscuous to super-picky somehow! Thanks for all the help.

#1-I like this but if it doesn't fill a wardrobe hole, pass.
#2-the bust fit gets a no vote from me.

#7-matches your hat perfectly and great color and length on you, keep
#9-I do like this one, still voting keep.

i like #7 the best. that color is great on your skin and matches the hat nicely. unless i missed it, it did not look too tight by any means.

I agree with Angie (what a surprise!). I also think the cardigan is cute. The color and cut look great for you. I want to fly to Alaska and snatch that Mongolian teal scarf from your neck :)!

The tunic does not appear to be overly fitted on you. You have a darling figure! I see no evidence that the turkey has affected you!:-) You look gorgeous in that color. Please keep and wear.

Can you size up in the Boden dress? I think this type of dress is supposed to be kind of loose. I think with the Tahari you need a petite, as it looks too long on the body. The blue tunic is truely stunning. I love that scarf, too, and the cardi is great. I also really like what I can see of the first dress. I'm actually on the hunt for a drapey jersey dress myself as a replacement for one I've worn to death! So my "keep" vote may be biased by that. (-:

Boden tunic - UNbelieveable - LOVE - another keeper!
Scarf - definite keeper!
Purple cardigan - think this would work with skinnies or shorter skirt.

I missed voting time I guess, but I really like the tunic and think it has a lot of personality. Of course the blue is great on you. I think all the blues you've posted so far look fantastic with your coloring.
