I finally went to the Rack over my lunch break and I have to say I was sort of disappointed. It's tiny, much smaller than I expected. It was also very crowded though surprisingly organized. Since my lunch is only an hour long I didn't have nearly enough time as I needed though, so I'm sure this experience is not representative of future visits. My main gripes were that there were way too many occasion dresses compared to nice casual or biz casual dresses, my size was difficult to find, and most of the shoes were too expensive for me even with a discount. I don't know if I was in the equivalent of salon shoes or what, but they were mostly Stuart Weitzman or Cole Haan or other brands in that price range. I didn't see any Me Toos or anything like that.
Anyway, I'm rambling. I saw this dress and wanted to try it on but the fitting room wait was outrageous, and I had to get back to work, so I just bought it and figured I can return it if need be. And I think I should. It looks ok from the front but not great (obviously I need a cami, which sort of defeats the purpose of such a sweet sun dress). From the side, I look like I'm maybe 5 months pregnant. It looked way different on the hanger than it does on my body.

Not so fab, am I right? Hopefully when I go to return it I'll find something else.
