I've grown to admire Kate Middleton's sense of fashion - she seems to have developed a knack for dressing chicly, but keeping it young and fresh. Below is a photo that illustrates what I mean. I think the deep plum hat, shoes, and bag really rev up her basic black. The entire ensemble is chic without being costume-y.
I'd be interested in hearing what you ladies think ... does she have the potential to become a fashion icon? Or does she lack the charisma and star power needed to pick up where Diana left off? Or ... don't you care at all?
