Karen Millen-sizing?

I am normally a UK size 8/US Size 4 in most brands. However, is it me, or does the KM sizing run smaller than other brands? I have a bust of 35 inches, waist of 24 and hips of 37(due to my bottom)- roughly a small hourglass according to my calculations.

Which size would you recommend for me when shopping KM? I ask since the guides are a bit sketchy and due to the tightly fitted nature of KM clothing, I don't want to make a mistake again.

I haven't tried KM in a while, but I do have a top from about five years ago that's a size 6, which is generally the smaller of my two sizes for tops. I think sizing up in KM is a good strategy.

Yes -- I think the top is actually tagged with a US size, because I'm quite sure I could maybe fit a single arm but not my whole body into a UK 6 (isn't that like a US 2?). I'm not sure whether they are labeling their sizes differently depending on where they're sold? I bought my top in the US in Boston. I think the last time I tried KM was in Washington DC a couple of years ago and I can't remember how the sizes were marked.

Yeah a UK 6 would fit on someone about 5'1 with a small narrow frame. Right, okay that seems about right. My only problem is that my waist is small even for a KM US Size 4.

Yes. KM usually runs a little small. Great for people who need a narrower fit. Size up a regular UK size.
