A few minutes ago we announced a new competition sponsored by Karen Kane. I'm excited about this competition because it will test your creativity.
This is what you have to do:
- Create an outfit of your choosing and post it on a new thread in the "Dressing" category using the YLF photo upload facility.
- Put "Karen Kane Complete My Outfit" in the topic title.
- In your post, tell us which Karen Kane item in their online store would make your outfit a winning combination. You can choose ANY Karen Kane item from their store. For example, you might say that by substituting your tee with Karen Kane's <insert style here>, you'd take this outfit from nice to absolutely fabulous.
You can post multiple outfits so go wild and have fun! Remember that you have to post an outfit. Verbal entries sans an outfit photo will not be accepted.
Karen Kane herself will judge the competition after it closes at midnight on Sunday August 14. We will announce the winner before the end of the following week.
First prize wins $200 and second prize wins $100 to spend on karenkane.com. The first prize winner will also receive they item they used from the online store, but only if it is available in the correct size.
The only restriction to entry is that you must either be at the active member level, or be posting from the iPhone app. This is to allow you to upload photos with your entry. You can read more about member levels here:
