This post is inspired by Suz's leather musings and questions about how versatile a leather jacket might be..or not.
My jacket (yes it is clearly mine since the tags are off is an outdoor jacket. It is lambskin with a cotton lining. I have a black leather jacket with a very thin quilted lining that I get a lot of wear through the fall and spring - and even the winter - it's a great car coat. I'm hoping my new jacket will be just as useful in this regard.
Pic 1 - is how I plan to wear the jacket most of the time - with jeans and an assortment of trousers and skinnies.
Pic 2 - Suz thought it might be too long for a dress...but I think it works. What are your thoughts? I don't own very many dresses (3) but it's nice to have the versatility.
Pic 3 - Can I layer a sweater under the jacket? Absolutely. The dress is fairly thick material, and so is the sweater, (BR Cardigan) Plus the scarf. I'm almost melting - but it's doable.
Pic 4 - Can the jacket be worn under a winter coat? Here I have put my puffer jacket over. Works fine - but now I really am melting.

Overall thoughts - I think I'll wear this far more outdoors than I will as an indoor jacket - but I can see keeping it on unzipped inside. What are your thoughts ladies?
