Jumpsuits on vacation?

Do y'all think a jumpsuit is a bad idea for traveling? I sorta like the idea, but then the ladies' lounge issue comes up. On the other hand, I wear them to work...

It depends, to take on a plane no, the wc is just too narrow, but they practical to walk around

I wouldn't wear it for flying/airport. The thought of disrobing in an airport or airplane bathroom... shudder.

But once you are at your destination... of course!

I love the idea of jumpsuits for travel, one piece, simple, covered legs, kind of different, etc. For me, the lav issue makes it a non-starter. What do women do in public restrooms? (Wet floors, filthy seats, not flushing... end of rant.)
No, I wouldn't want to wear a jumpsuit anywhere but to a super nice restaurant, venue or bar. A place where there is regular checking out and cleaning up.

So, I am a general "no" on jumpsuits. I just can't get over the disrobing in a bathroom to do my business. I would be even more reluctant in a public bathroom, and beyond reluctant on an airplane in those teeny tiny bathrooms.

I like jumpsuits and my strapeless cotton one is my favourite for travel. Done an 8hour flight with it, another 4 hour one and was the best thing ever.

I like to be snappy about things, is one point of hesitation for me. Making my friends wait while we're visiting some museum while I disrobe completely and redo... well, I don't know I'd enjoy waiting for them.

And then there's the yuck factor. I certainly no longer even consider pants for third-world trips to be quite honest.

It's a yes from me. Bathroom is a non issue usually hydrate on trips in the evening so as not to use public facilities anywhere unless an emergency. The comfort and ease is wonderful.

I have to admit, I'm surprised by how many would do a jumpsuit while traveling! I really like the idea tho and am overcoming my hesitations now, with all y'all's feedback. Not that there's any travel in the near future (memo to self: find passport and renew it before it becomes a problem!!).

Still I feel a need for a small, dressier travel capsule. I'm sure I'll at least have a minibreak this summer.
