I found Boden very true to size - in US clothing I wear a 10, and in Boden (now that they are using US sizes) I am usually a 10, sometimes an 8. If you aren't sure, look at the body measurements in the information for the garment you are interested in. I have found the measurements to be very accurate.

I've never had a problem with quality from Boden - everything I have ordered from there (3 skirts, a dress, walking shorts) has been very well made & held up over time.
