I tried on similar L'Agence jeans recently, which would have needed lots of alteration to fit. And were three times the price. I prefer the darker wash of the BR jeans too!

I love that you shared perhaps a humbling experience, for lack of better words? I also think we just never know when it comes to a retailer. I bought those new blouses and dress from Chic City. Invigorated, I bought more. Not a single thing from the 2nd order worked for me, save the dress I sized up on. I think you just never know until you know.

Oh Angie! One of the items I loved at BR was the jeans. I haven't even looked at them for ages. So I did just now and there are those brown corduroy jeans I have been looking for. And BR is begging me to use my birthday points. I wonder if I am the same size now.

Those are delicious! I also prefer the darker wash with the drama of the cut.

I personally am enjoying BR’s current vibe but even with free returns I’m not often tempted to order due to lack of size representation in the stock photos. Could absolutely be my loss though. They did save me for a recent wedding with below silk charmeuse top that I mixed with existing items.

Love these wide turned ups jeans, Angie but I didn't see them in my woods...These fit and look perfect on You! It just doesn't matter having to eat up our words for a great look, isn't it! I had some similar black jeans but 7/8 crops rather than full length and wore them with flat riding boots-2 decades ago-& loved! So I'm continuously on the haunt for them ever since....
