I was up for the challenge today as I had been meaning to re-wear this "zebra dress" ( DH's name for it) from 2010. It might have only been worn once a year. I teamed it with my fave tall black "button up" boots from 2011. They were my most expensive boots ever, but are hitting towards 60 wears. Wore all day at work then out to small Italian restaurant with friends.

Jenni, you look really great in this ensemble! The dress certainly deserves to be worn more than once a year.

This is such a great idea! While I have plenty of items that fit the criteria, most of them are work wear and dressy dresses, they don’t fit my current lifestyle. So I’ll cheer everyone on from the sidelines.

I wear these toppers ALL THE TIME - both 8 years old.

I will gladly try because I have a lot of old clothes I am very vintage and it is impossible for me to let my coats are over twenty years for example. I would be happy to participate and follow. Friendship Bernard

This is a fun thread! In the last couple of years my body shape has changed thanks to getting older, and this includes my feet, so I haven't kept a lot of vintage things. I went through and cleared out a lot of older but good clothes about 3 years ago. I still have my two Chanel bags and some jewelry--I just had some rings sized up.

Now I find the source of all these fun posts! I wish I could play along—I'm temporarily living abroad but I know I have some old stuff back home. It would be a good opportunity to pull them out and try them on and even see if they still fit! Maybe if I remember I will join in a few months!

Most of my clothes are more than 6 yeas old. I soon realized that what I had was better quality than replacements. Most of my old things are basics in neutral colors,nothing very exciting.
