Barbara Diane, unfortunately the J.Jill collector is permanently broken. Their code is incompatible with YLF code at this point. I know it's annoying and wish it was different.

Woot. I was able to collect a find from J. Jill today. Maybe this has been working again for some time, but I didn't know about it. Nevertheless, commenting here to let others know it's working for me today.

bummer about the website not working outside the US. I have ordered Hotter shoes for years, they are a UK company. Now they aren't available to even look at the site for me.
