Wow, interesting concept. But hm, the effect is only good for 30 - 60 min if I am reading correctly. Would that be helpful?

Don't mean to be flippant. Hot flashes and sweats are terrible. So glad I'm past all that.

That's hilarious, but could have been quite handy a few years ago. My sister's solution was to buy a bunch of handbag-sized fans that she found when she was in China. She distributed them to all her friends and the sight of all these women fanning themselves furiously was enough to totally crack up all their partners. They were a big hit, but the pearls would have been even--um, cooler?
