I bought these sandals from Zappos last week. Zappos is amazing - they arrived in less than 24 hours. But the sandals' color was defective. I called Zappos to return them (I bought two pairs to get the right size) and they are sending me another pair. I like the simple style and that they're leather. I just don't like the color defect.
Are you familiar with this brand? Is this common? Finding grey sandals is hard.
