Jeans (again) a few brands... how do they fit?

Sorry.. another question where "you-guys-tell-me-how-they-fit-because-I'm-too-lazy-to-go-out-of-my-house-to-jean-shop-and/or-I-can't-find-them-in-my-mall" I want to try a quality pair of jeans for my body shape (Rectangle, Petite, Long Waisted), and/or get into a brand I will love forever.

Here is the line up of brands.. if anyone owns any of these tell me how the sizes are!
1. Hudson
2. Monarchy
3. David Kahn
4. Kut from the kloth
5. Citizens of Humanity
6. William Rast

any others I might try>

Kut from the Kloth and David Kahn run big, so size down. I really like Paige Premium Denim, but I was disappointed to have to return some Kut from the Kloth skinnies because they were too short on me (I'm 5'10) ... I liked the feel of them THAT much! I think Kut from the Kloth is a very nice alternative to higher-end denim. I've got some bermuda shorts (denim) and love them.

I haven't tried all you mention but Kut from the Kloth are a great buy. I also like Citizens of Humanity very much and would say that they run true to size. I'm also a rectangle, 5'4" but with legs too long for petites, and not curvy at all.

I only have Kut from the Kloth that's on your list and I had to size down one size in them.

David Kahn Lauren fit are good for curvy gals with a rear- and yes, they run big. I love the higher rise. I wear a 30 in DK, and I have yet to find another pair of premium denim that accomodates me at all (although I haven't been able to find any bigger than a 31 in stores to try on).

It seems like a lot of jean brands run big-- i went and tried some 7fam's on and they gaped in the waist. Then I tried some Guess by Marciano jeans (which I loved) but they ran just a little small from Angie's suggested "snug".

soooooo.... I guess it might be my shape
I do love how David Kahn's look (at least on eBay). Can I find them and Paige jeans at Nordstrom to try on?

Joy- you seem have pretty much the same body type as me... and I'm also about the same height. I'll def. try CoH
