It has apparently become a tradition for me to come back here and ask this question every couple of years, even though I hardly visit the site anymore. (I used to go by a different user name) It seems like all the best styles eventually get discontinued and I have to start the search all over again.

I'm looking for a very specific style this time. I prefer low-rise bootleg or flared jeans with a wide waistband. The wider the better. Jeans with wide waistbands often lack back pockets, but I avoid pocketless jeans at all costs.

It would be especially helpful if you could tell me the name of the exact style or give me a direct link, but general brand recs are welcome too. I'd also like to know whether the sizing runs small, large, or true to size in your experience, but it's fine if you don't know.
