My feet run wide-ish due to bunions, but I have narrow heels. The Sam Edelman booties I've tried on are wa-a-ay too narrow for me, so that's a brand I will no longer try. I've been wondering if a mule type bootie with an ankle strap to hold my foot might work for me. Can y'all comment on how Jeffrey Campbell and Steve Madden run? I am hesitant to have $1,000 out in outstanding charges (to try both 6.5s & 7s) if there's no real chance of getting a fit. Thx!
