I've been meaning to pull out some boxes of clothes I'd put away when they got too small, to see if any of them fit now. Today I went hunting for my old wool peacoat to compare it to the NAS French Connection peacoat that showed up today and I peeked in one of the boxes. One thing led to another and I started pulling things out like it was Christmas morning.

I found two wool jackets, one thrifted Evan Picone and one Ann Taylor bought on clearance, that I never got to wear because weather changed and then I gained weight and they didn't fit. They're both perfect fits now!

One funny thing I learned is that I'm much more particular about fit now. Many of my jackets were too long in the sleeve and I just had the sleeves rolled up to deal with the extra length. That's not going to cut it for me now, so I have a nice little pile of jackets to have altered at the dry cleaners.

My whole closet is screaming for a purge. Now with these two big boxes of clothe to bring out and evaluate I've got quite the task ahead of me.
