Jackets/coats- what should I toss?

This is photo heavy and sorry to bombard you with posts. I am trying to sort my jackets. I think I'll do my tops and bottoms another day or perhaps another week.
photos 1 and 2 (portmans)are a black suit jacket.
3 and 4 are a black coat (Cue).
5 to 7 are a red trench. I dont have the original belt.
8 a wool coat.
9 and 10 a black moto style jacket made of a soft suede like fabric.
11 and 13 are a black jacket with tiny spots.
12 is black pants which are I guess too big. I never wore them as they were too tight originally.
14 a blue jacket which i bought new from banana republic but I've hardly worn. I think I like the equestrian look but couldn't pull it off.
15 is a rain coat. It may be too big for me now too or I could keep as a rain coat.
Comments and suggestions really appreciated, namely what I should keep and chuck and any suggestions for style hints.

I like the moto jacket ( zippers add some nice details ), #8 wool coat, and #11/13 black jacket that looks less overwhelming than #1-2.
Rain coat in #15 probably practical for layering ( and have a fun print ).

Not sure about red trench or BR jacket.
#1-4 looks pretty severe on your slim frame - I'd consider donating. Same about those pants in #12.

I vote for keeping 1, 2, 8, 9, 14 & 15 - they look the tidiest to me - as in a ‘neat and tidy look.’

You should keep #15 for sure, cute print and practical. Does not look too big for a rain coat to me. The rest I am not sure, depends on your needs for different styles.

#3 coat looks great and it is nice in winter to have a loose coat so that layers can be added. Are you ok with the sleeves' lenght?
#9 moto jacket fits you well, I'd look for a seamstress to reduce the lenght of the sleeves as they are too long
#15 raincoat would be useful when layaring, so I'd keep it!

I think the black wool coat in #8 is the best fit so would definitely put in the keep pile.

(Ok so disclaimer first: I am looking at this on my phone so I’m probably missing details in the photos, especially on the black items).

Red trench and the black trousers look too big to me.
The Moto and the raincoat also look a little oversized but in a deliberate way and I think it works. Those are my favorites!
The black trench (#3) silhouette looks a little off to me but I’m not sure why. Maybe the shoulders are a little too wide/severe?
Wool coat and blue jacket both look good as well.
For the 2 black blazers I can’t make out the details on my phone very well. Just based on silhouette I think I like #1. The other one #11 seems like it may be a bit too large in the bust and arms

I would definitely keep # 8, 9 and 15.I like the moto jacket on you, but the sleeves need to be shortened a bit for a perfect fit. I am really not feeling the BR jacket in #14.

I'd keep all except red trench and blue jacket.

I think really I like them all! But my issue was keeping too much that I wasn’t wearing, because I thought I still liked them, but then they had issues of one kind or another, and so I wouldn’t wear but bought others...=burgeoning wardrobe.
I really like the red trench. The one you look the least comfortable in to me is the blue jacket, and if you feel it’s not your style, maybe cut your losses and just resolve to make better choices in future. Most of my choices since doing the hard work of editing some items out have worked better. I have made fewer mistakes since working with YLF than before- not no mistakes, but fewer for sure.

It is hard to see enough details on the black jackets for me to judge but I like #1, 8 and 9. I feel the red is a bit too big and could go. The blue too. Generally I focus on shoulder fit with jackets first and then see if the body seems to work.

Thank you everyone. I can see an overall theme there and will keep the wool coat and perhaps the raincoat. I think I will put the black jacket (1) in a holding zone and see if I can get one with a better fit. I didn't pay much for the moto so will see how much it costs to replace it versus fixing the sleeve length. I think Jenni NZ hit the nail on the head when she said holding on to items which have issues of one kind or another is impractical. I think a minimal wardrobe where I love every piece and wear them all the time is probably the way to go.

The Cue coat and wool coat look the best to me. I also think the raincoat is fine.

The black pants, red coat and blue jacket all look the wrong fit to me. I lie the blue colour on you though!

I agree that 1-2 and 11-14 can go, but keep the raincoat and look for a replacement. You may want to still keep it if needed to layer over bulky outfits.

#8 and #9 are the best fits.

I like the red and blue colours for you a LOT! But the toppers don't fit as nicely.

Thank you Angie. I think you are right and will keep the moto jacket and wool coat. As others have suggested I might need to adjust the sleeves on the moto jacket.
