I just had an online chat with a sales rep. I learned that J. Crew doesn't carry any Petite items in their stores--need to be ordered online and can then be returned in-store...which is kind of a bummer, but at least spared me a wasted trip tomorrow. And also, tomorrow (Monday, the 21st) there MAY, operative word here is "may", be a promotion code for certain items like winter coats. She said they'd post it on their site by 8 am EST, so I hope she's correct.
