Long version, we had some workmen in building a wall, and I saw one of them walking around all over with food on one of our plates. This is a super big deal because we aren't just gluten free, we cater to people with celiac's. It's not just about the plate, but the gluten in the air. We have our facilities tested, and these things show up. I wondered aloud about this... And turns out this person was the one dishing up food to the workmen like this, and felt I was offending God by questioning. Of course, I had voted against hiring her - which btw was the SECOND time we tried her and it wasn't like it was good the first time.
