That seems to be a very good orange on you! It's very deep and saturated and flatters your complexion. The top seems to be a bit clingy around the midsection, but the blazer/open shirt seems to eliminate that factor, as long as it's comfortable.

I like this on you. In fact, I like this on you better than on the model. It's so pedestrian looking on her, I probably would have passed it up (my mistake!).

Also, I like your hair. There's a bit of fancy Old West style happening, with your curls and the sides pinned up.

Thanks, all! Don't worry--I know it's NOT a belly-flattering look without some kind of topper. I'm out, wearing it right now with the grey shirt. It's very comfortable, and I just bought some orange polka dot Anthro gloves that match

You and that color are so made for each other. Love the hair too! I might suggest a black jacket though to emphasize the contrast! Angie has an old blog on using the colors and what to match with and the white trim suggests to me a black jacket and same color bottom or black bottom...or if brave another bright like hmmm eggplant, or navy ?

Intriguing suggestions for pairing with a challenging color! I'm not sure the black wouldn't be too Halloween-ish (heh, now I'm remembering how Ines warned against wearing blue and yellow or else looking like an Ikea person). Eggplant? Interesting. I'm thinking of navy, and also liked today's photo series with orange out in the environment--it went beautifully with greens, greys and all sorts of browns, light and dark.
