It's Saturday and time for a weekly wardrobe plan!

I have time on my hands with Hubby working today, and last week's plan worked so well I decided to do it again! #1 is a repeat from last week because I changed it for something else at the last minute. I learned this week that even though it's super hot outside, I get cold in the a/c so I'm not overly worried about the occasional wool skirt in the summer.

I'm super excited about debuting my new Elliott Lucca handbag from the NASA in #5! (*waving at bag twin Shannon*) And the new purple Amber Sun jacket in #2! (*waving at future jacket twin Shannon*)

I'm going to try but I have a loco week this week: At headquarters on Mon, working from home Tue, back at HQ on Wed and at a client Thu and Fri. Let's see what I can do:)

I really should do this. I missed out on all the excitement last week.

I love how that white bag lightens up the outfit in #1. I'm squealing over all of these really, but your new bag in #5 is BREATHTAKING. And Shannon has the same one? *plonk*

Claire, I know, right?? When I saw Shannon with that bag, I HAD to have it! It is a killer diller for sure!

Ok, I guess your argument was persuading. Here they are. I'm not sure on the specific shoe yet, but the color scheme is probably the same.

I did not choose Tuesday. I'll be in sweats!

Specs:
1 - GAP Denim Jacket, Tommy Hilfiger cotton dress, Rebecca Minkoff Bag, Nine West Sandals
2- Tunic from Angie's Pinterest, White AE Skinnies, Dolce Vita Wedges. I forgot the bag, I'm probably going with a tote bag of some sort.
3- H&M blazer - dyed by moi - Adrianna Papel Tiered Polka dot dress, KS bag, and Fluevogs
4- Halogen Pencil, Express Blouse, Dolce Vita Wedges ( I'm not wearing these, but my nude pumps are out to the cobbler) and KS bag.
ETA: I'm probably going to wear the pumps on #5 with the outfit on #4.

I actually feel a lot better now that I have my week sorted!!!!

Love your organizing skills, MK. Is that the same Nine West dress that Una has? They're all wonderful and 1, 2 and 5 are my favorites (so, kudos to twin Shannon, too!).

Zap, those are fab! I have a red tote that's similar to the one in #1, only mine is a Dooney. I am loving your black and yellow outfit! And of course my Kate Spade envy continues unabated! Love the pumps with outfit #4!

Vicki, Kitty says "hi back!" And yes, that is the Nine West magic dress that Una and others have.

Oh, I'm so with you, Mary K! I started pulling out outfits Friday afternoon. I have 3 out 5 picked out, need to finish up the rest and take some pics.

Such gorgeous outfits....hmmm, well I will join in. Got to find pictures...

but here is the written list:

1. blue cobalt dress with yellow jacket and green frye sandals - (this got dropped last week when a forgotten picnic after work event dictated that I switch to a summery casual outfit)
2. leopard sheath dress used as skirt, white shirt and jean jacket...ala karen
3. blue splotch bleach jeans with a blue pinstripe shirt and a white blazer and pearls gold loafers assumed
4. purple flower skirt, black cotton T shirt (long or shrt sleve depending on weather) and new fab green forest belt and necklace. black sandals assumed
5. yellow blouse with blue chinos and gold loafers assumed

All will be matched with a black raincoat and black shopper purse that is replacing my sand one. I am not a purse lady, yet, so I don't have any other option that is for work.

sorry that I cannot add shoes...my dog sleeps in the hallway and it is past his bedtime...so don't wanna wake him

what i like about this is that I am reusing 2-3 items each week...and I have evidence. Thanks MaryK

I'm very impressed with all your outfits, but all I can think of now is that incredible bag in #5, Mary. Oh, my! I would LOVE to have one of those.

Here are my picks for the upcoming week.

2. Halogen skirt (I'm thrilled to report that I don't need to have the seamed skirt altered like I did the cotton version), Ann Taylor shell and blazer, Eddie Bauer scarf
3. LOFT pants and sweater, J Jill vest, JC Penney shoes
4. Ann Taylor dress and shirt, Cole Haan shoes
5. Levi's jeans, Kohl's blazer, Banana Republic sleeveless blouse, Clarks sandals
I doubt if I will actually change out my purse every day, but it's a nice idea - we'll see.

I keep my stuff in a smaller bag inside my purse and it makes it much easier to change every day!

Waving right back at ya MaryK! I'm sooooo going to be watching all the delicious combinations you make with that pretty purple jacket - mine is on its way to me and I sure hope it fits! Love this outfit with it.

And of course that Elliot Lucca handbag is positively DIVINE - love how the green skirt pulls out the green tones in the snake print. I'm crazy about every single one of these outfits and you've now got me thinking about this type of planning. I just wish I had a wardrobe as fabulous as you to do it with!

Wow - look what you have started, MaryK! This is brilliant, not only for your own amazing outfits, but for bringing some of our more shy members out of the woodwork so we can see THEIR amazing outfits, too! What fun!

I have been trying to think if I could reasonably do something like this planning for my so-casual WAH life. I just don't know if it would be do-able. Does it really matter which shirt I wear with which pair of denim bermudas? Hmmm. Plus, there's no bag, no jewelry, not even any shoes, at this time of year (indoors). Pretty boring....

Now, when I leave the house for any reason I do step up my game. But there it's all about the weather. I don't get dressed without the weather report.

I hear you Suz. This summer has been super casual for me. I'd be showing white bermudas with an orange/white striped top on Monday, white bermudas with navy/ white striped top on Tuesday, white bermudas-- you get the picture.

I love all MaryK's outfits but is Kitty giving the poisoned eye to the yellow bag in Tuesday's outfit?

Great planning all around! I was so inspired that I started pulling things from the closet. Not 100% but it does feel good to get a jump start. Tomorrow after laundry is finished, I can finalize and iron/prep everything on hangers. I did that for the first two weeks when I went back to work and it sure helped mornings go easier.

I admire the bag switchers very much! I love bags but an only manage a once a week switch
