I have been mostly absent from the forum for the last month. Somehow I got too much going on in the same time in my life: release time at work, my aunt visiting from Russia, taxes deadline (I am doing taxes for all in my family and my parents), preparing a performance for a community party and getting ready for our vacation. Well, I survived all this and we just got back from our vacation in Puerto Rico!
This was the first time we took our grown up kids to the tropics and we all had a blast! We spent all week on Culebra - a small island off the coast of Puerto Rico. It does not have much of the night life but beaches and snorkeling are spectacular! Picture #1 shows their famous Flamenco beach which is considered in the 10 top beaches of the world - and as you can see we had almost all of it to ourselves.
Thaw week was not much for dressing up for me. Pic#2 shows my typical outfit for the beach - sorry for gear sandals but we did a lot of walking there so they were essential. How do you like my floppy hat?:-) I hope that red striped dress was not a complete fiasco as I had to buy something casual to wear at the last minute. I realized my casual wardrobe is lacking and I need to build it up.
Oh, and as a bonus you can see my all grown up "babies" there.
It is nice to be back!
