The most recent item I purchased is a short cotton dress, acquired with the intention of using it as a beach cover-up. When I got home and hung it in my closet, I liked how it looked next to my green pleather pants - so I made an outfit of dress-over-pants, and wore it for Bridge night. In reality, it is part of a beach/pool capsule (see Finds, below) I’m working on!

Note: when I got the yellow sling-backs, they were an outlier, but have since become useful - if not quite workhorses.
