Latest progress on kitchen and laundry renovation!
-Dormer built
-Old doors moved/removed
-Windows and skylight removed/replaced
-Plumbing and electric roughed in
-New bulkheads built and old hallway coat closet removed (coat cabinets will be in the laundry room, which opens to the garage)
-New recessed Lutron-controlled lighting installed
-Drywall installed and finished, and paint applied
-New tile flooring installed, complete with radiant heat!
Tomorrow the floor gets grouted. Next week cabinets start to be installed!
1-3 kitchen
4 laundry/mudroom
5 powder room (already redone about 5 years ago, but now with new floor tile)
6 foyer (will get a new light fixture, and front door will be replaced with a new, more modern design)
