ISO Shoes to coordinate with skirts

So, I have two skirts that are really looking for some nice shoes to go with them. I am including a picture of each of the skirts here to help.

I saw two pair of shoes that might do the trick. One is Fitzwell, which I have never heard of. The other is Aerosoles, which I beleive are comfortable. I don't currently own a pair. What do you think of these? Not in love with either of them, so any better ideas out there?

I have fussy feet, so supportive comfortable shoes are a must. Also, the floors at work can get slippery if people are in and out of the shop a lot, so a "grippy" sole is a huge plus.

I love the second pair and they would look great with the black skirt you posted. Are they comfy?

Hmm. I like both pairs of shoes, but not necessarily with those two skirts. I agree with Glory that the black/tan pair would great with your black skirt. But the skirts in this post are so summery that they could use a shoe that has a summery vibe. Maybe one that is trimmed with white rather than bone or black. Or a fun color. I've never had Fitzwells. I have Aerosoles...they are comfy, but I don't know how much support they provide for a fussy foot.
