ISO: biz casual crops

Hi - I need to add a few pairs of cropped pants to my spring/summer work wardrobe...

My criteria...
- Prefer machine washable
- Black is ok, but prefer some pattern or maybe color
- Needs to come in size 16
- Good fabric that doesn't bag out throughout the day
- Open to any style of crops

Can anyone share some links to cropped pants you've had good experience with?

Lots of the better retailers I work with sell them, and to astounding success. I bought a pair last summer -and there is nothing wrong with them other than they are black and white polka dot . Which was the most ridiculous thing for me to buy but I got talked into them by a sales person. Imminently wearable, comfortable , well fitting and flattering pants. The company even advertises in Vogue and In Style.....and it got an Oprah endorsement not too long ago.

Talbots Perfect Crops and Hampshire Ankle Pants. Both great fitting, available in size 16 and good quality fundamentals for work. Available also in curvy fit (which works very well for me).

I really like the Perfect Form cropped pants at WHBM. I have them in several colors, and they're still in perfect condition after 3-4 years. Now you have me eyeing them in red;-)

Thank you all! I will try all these suggestions. I was at Loft yesterday and tried on their Marissa fit and that was pretty good too. I liked the fabric. Any exerperience with Loft pants?

I bought a pair of WHBM crops this Spring, and I adore them. Mine, unfortunately, are their fall weight ponte, which won't be available until August or September. I'm thinking Carter's version might have a similar cut and fabric quality. I wear them in a 14, but they come in a 16, too, I'm sure.

Another positive for WHBM -- I don't have the crops, but my white ankle pants are on their 2nd year, and they have held up wonderfully , and the fit is fantastic.

Angie, I think I tried those Loft crops at the Loft store yesterday (tried a size down). Nice fit and good fabric. I think I'll order those in my correct size to try as well.
