My favorite skirt silhouette of all time - the trumpet skirt. Too bad it's 1500 dollars. Hoping this shape filters down to lower price points soon!

It is indeed beautiful.
But what i find interesting is trumpet skirts are one of the things that I just can't get to work on me. With our body shape being similar I am intrigued on how well they work on you

I've never tried a trumpet skirt as they always seem like too much volume for a short person, but I'm sure it's a matter of finding the right one. I can't believe the price for a polyester skirt!

It's to die for! I do think you'd have to be leggy/tall to carry it off to it's full potential, though.

...and $1500? Damn. That's a lot for a skirt (and I keep envisioning snagging the netted portion on something as I walk by then either cursing a blue streak or crying because I just ruined such an expensive and beautiful skirt!)
