Is USPS letting down anyone but me?

I use USPS tracking to see what packages are coming by way, and also because I sell on eBay and I need that conf # to show buyers their item 1) has shipped and 2) has arrived. Lately though USPS tracking has been terrible. It has showed 2 items I actually received as "pending" for *more than two weeks.* Is anyone else getting this, or is it just my mail delivery person not scanning?

I had this happen with my medication. In fact they lost it and the pharmacy had to resend the meds. Then two weeks later, the original order showed up. Crazy!

I had my F21 order not show any updates until the day it was to come. 4 or 5 days of nothing, then, out for delivery. I know my postman is on it, though. We see each other all over the neighborhood because I'm always out walking or running to get where I'm going and he will tell me he has a package coming for me, etc. 2 days ago we raced the half mile (him in his truck on his route, me on foot with groceries) to see who got to my house first. I won. lol
