I've seen this line at ShopBop and it always intrigued me. But is it too close to looking like lingerie?

Depends on how you want to wear it, Anna. Like that, yes. Looks like a nightie to me. A pretty nightie! Layered is another story.

It is the combination of color, shape, and sheerness of the fabric that push it into underwear territory for me.

I've been eyeing another dress of theirs-

I'm sure I will look like a well-heeled potato sac in it though.

I just realized that the company is VPL, as in Visible Panty LInes. I guess then the whole point is to look like you are wearing underwear?

I have to say I find this intriguing too but would find it hard to pull off. It walks the line, but it might be across it. Not sure.

Cool top (and dress, modgrl). That top would look great layered; can you think of lots of other things to wear it with? Or were you planning on wearing it alone?
