Is this too dark for spring?

I wore this once before in January and am debating whether to wear this again for a talk I am giving .... is this too dark for spring though?

I *am* thinking that a little something light - like a blush scarf or a top with white trimmings would be more spring... Not necessary to go all out light, but a touch of spring colour would be energizing.

I don't think it's too dark if it's for a more formal/business setting - but you could add something lighter, as rachylou says. Do you have anything black & white that could be added? Or could you switch out the boots for shoes so that you could skip the black hose? It does looks great though

@ Rachy: You always have such great ideas! A blush scarf with a light trim does sound like it would energize my outfit

@ TorontoGirl: I do have some pastel colour scarves or necklaces. Do you think a white bead necklace might work? ... Do you think lighter colour tights would work with that skirt and boots?

Very sleek! Spring could be dark around here anyways so it could still work, but good ideas put forth.

I don't have any issue with dark tones for Spring so no argument from me You could try nude hose instead of the sheer black if you wanted to 'lighten' things up a bit??
