Is this skirt too long for dancing?

Salsa event at a rustic lodge. There will be two dance floors, an outdoor patio and an indoor party room. I am really looking forward to going!

I'm thinking of going with this outfit:
- Breathable, lightweight, low cut white shirt
- Long red skirt with white trim. When standing up straight, the skirt drops to just below my knee. I love how this skirt swishes when I dance!
- Supple brown leather boots with a soft fur lining on the inside to make dancing in heels a lot comfortable. Soft leather allows great flexibility for dancing.

Is this outfit ok?
My main concern is the skirt, I'm not sure if it will be too long, too loose if the dance floor ends up getting crowded.

Omg. I LOVE that skirt. Where'd you get it? That's the perfect dance skirt, esp for a rustic setting. It will twirl.

I of course want the skirt, however, for my crazy country punk capsule

YOU LOOK FABALOUS. I don't think it is to long. I don't know how your gonna dance in heeled boots. I tried that once it was not a great outcome. I love this whole fit.

@Rachy - I would love to see your country punk look one day! ..... I bought this skirt when I was travelling in Wroclaw, Poland. When I saw the skirt on display there, I just had to have it. It was an impulse buy which might pay dividends now ..... I'm really glad a Fab veteran such as yourself even approves of this skirt and boots combination. Thank you for the valuable input.

@Ledonna - Yay! I'm glad to get some positive feedback on this outfit for a potentially crowded dance floor. Salsa is a dance that involves a lot of standing on the front balls of your feet, so dancing in heels actually helps instead of interferes with me when doing salsa. With high heel boots, I can actually add padding inside the boot in the form of tights (dancer's tights don't rip easily and have cushioning on the bottom of the foot), a pair of thick cushioning socks plus this pair of boots has a fur lined insole for even more padding. That extra cushioning helps a lot when dancing in heels for an extended period of time .... What sort of dancing were you doing when you tried your heeled boots? Were you dancing to house music? ...... Based on your photos last time, you look like an awesome dancer and I would so love to see your moves on the dance floor
