It feels like a bad thing to plan ahead for, but last summer I had several funerals come up and didn't really have something good to wear. That's not the kind of last minute shopping I want to be doing, so I'm thinking of getting something to be prepared. And yet not so formal that I have no other use for it.

In person the polka dots are more obvious than they look online. But still, they are small and the overall effect is black. Is it too happy? Polka dots always seem happy.
