Oh, you devil...are you going to order that skirt? I am so envious....

On my screen it looks as if it might be an orangey red rather than a blue red, so close to coral but still red? But maybe someone already owns it and can say what it is like IRL.

I've seen it. If my memory is right, it was very orangey, as in the photo, almost a shade of rust. I didn't think of it as either coral or a traditional red.

I like orangey, that sounds like a nice fall color.

That would bring me to 10 pencil skirts for work. How many is too many for someone who wears them almost every day?

Well, if you wear them almost every day, I'd say 10 is perfectly reasonable and NOT too many!

Definitely not too many for one who wears them every day. I'm looking forward to how you style this one. I think it can blend with earth tones like olive and brown or brights in the same saturation or be the standout with neutrals.

I'm don't have a lot of earth tones. I'm thinking more of a graphic look with black and white, denim or chambray.

looks brick to me. (it came up in the taupe when i clicked on over, which really gave me pause!!!

denim or chambray would be elegant and yummy......a lot of greens would be beautiful as well. for me, the magenta would depend on the particular shade but could definitely be mouth-watering! have fun! steph
