Just got an update on an event I'll be attending this weekend mentioning that cocktail attire is encouraged but not required. Does the outfit below fit in this category? I'll likely style with nude heels, a pearl bib necklace, and a dressy clutch.

Note that the tunic in real-life is different than pictured. The slit hits just at or slightly below the waist. I'll try to post a picture of me wearing it tomorrow (it will be my first!)
