Is this a bad color for Fall?

I saw a brown & aqua dress for fall at Loft and thought the colors were pretty. Then I saw this top and thought it might look good with my browns & tans. Something to add a little color. Browns don't look that great on me. Or should I just go for a colorful scarf? Oh btw the top fits perfect which is hard for me to find.

I love that top, and I think the color is fine for fall. It would also look pretty with gray/black.

I think this color can work for fall. If I remember your photo right, I bet it looks gorgeous on you! I agree with Chewy that grey, dark green, tan, blues could all work with this color. Very pretty.

Hi Renee! I think the top is beautiful. And if a color is flattering on you and the fit is perfect, those two things outweigh everything else. You can always make a top more seasonally appropriate by what you wear over it - a jacket or cardigan. Buy it and rock it! That shade should go with a lot of Autumn colors - brown, gray, black, even olive.

Love that color! I think you can definitely autumnize it with blacks & gray like Khris suggested. And even if brown doesn't look good near your face, you can still use it on the bottom and it won't have the same effect - especially with such a pretty color near your face.

I love the brown & aqua color combination! I just bought a skirt off eBay in those colors and am seriously eyeing another one.

Rute, is brown really everywhere this fall? I sincerely hope so, because I need to replace some brown trousers and mary janes. My wardrobe won't function without them!

I agree with the others that this top will work when paired with the darker neutrals. I would be great with navy or olive too. You could add a pop of a third color with accessories like red-orange, or mustard to make it even more a part of an autumn outfit.

Thanks all you have given me alot of ideals. I need to work on my color combos. I am trying to wear more browns and greys not black all the time. I like the ideal of working a third color in the mix. I am learning.
