Jenn, I see you’ve added an observation about the multiple links. I didn’t catch that the first time either.

I generally try to avoid being cynical when someone says they need help. Kindness doesn’t cost me anything, even if she gets backtrack “points.”

In this case, the series of links makes it clear. But if it was just one link from ages ago, then I wouldn’t be sure. In that case I’d rather err on the side of throwing some extra kindness out. Clearly, not everyone agrees.
