I mean, I know there are some social problems here, like everyone else. But it just seems like a ridiculously great place to live. People are incredibly friendly, down-to-earth and relaxed. Inequality is low and politics are civilized. The cost of living is low for a country with a strong welfare state. Coffee, beer, and oysters (three of my favorite foods) are fabulous. It's stunningly beautiful and there are tons of opportunities for sailing, skiing, hiking, etc. In the middle of winter, it's sunny and 10 degrees (50).
