I have no idea how much it costs, or if it's worthwhile. For that matter how loose is too loose. I have small calves and most knee-high boots look like buckets on me. Does anyone know how much this kind of alteration costs? I know I could just limit myself to boots that come in smaller calf sizes, but I'd rather not.
