Is Hautelook a Nordstrom site?

I just got an offer for $25 at Hautelook from Nordstrom. I don't belong to it and am not sure I want to, but does anyone know? Am I just out of it?

It's not a Nordstrom site, it's just a promotion they are running. I think it was only for the Rack though, right, or am I mistaken?

I remember hearing a rumor that they bought it, or that they were going to buy it.
