Nina, I think they are having trouble again. A lot of items are showing “sold out” AND the product description is unavailable. Hope the items you’re looking for are in fact in stock.

Tough day for Nordies website. I finally got my confirmation email about 6 hours after the order finally went through. I wish Nordies the best as a loyal lifetime customer, but can’t help but make the comparison to Amazon’s Prime Day which seems to go pretty smoothly.

Kari thanks for your reply. I got a hold of someone via chat and they said my order was not cancelled but one item was sold out. The order itself still shows as a whole cancelled so I'm not completely confident with the reply but rather than order the whole thing all over again, I'll just wait and see if it gets sorted out.

I made an order for a family member who wasn’t able to shop online tonight. Got the order confirmation number, was charged to Nordstrom debit card; but the order doesn’t show up in my purchases or email. This seems even worse than last year.
