I'm not even trying to order yet and it is wonky -- keeps switching me back to the Canadian site even when I am actively clicking away. Ah well.

Yeah if you go on their Facebook page people are freaking out again. My cart was dumped. I do remember last year they gave everyone triple points for their troubles....

Lost my whole shopping bag, twice. Not sure I’ll have patience to complete an order, and since I can’t buy stuff in stores, I’m frustrated.

I really fail to understand why they don't have the foresight to plan better for this....it happens every year, in some way. I also have no option to purchase in store that is viable, so online is my only option. Frustrating, but it does slow me down to help me think....that's better for me and my credit card!

Currently I’m very far away from the nearest store. Wondering if it’s even worth bothering now. Maybe when I get back to Seattle.

I almost thought my order, from my phone, went through, but then got an error message. My first order is always basics, while I contemplate everything else.

Yes, my screen said my account was locked after I tried to place an order a second time but then I entered my password and it unlocked again. My order didn’t go through.......yet.....

It’s 12:50 here and my order just went through. My cart repopulate with all the lost items. I didn’t have to find them again.

Anna- I’d check to see what local stores here have in stock to see if it’s worth it. I found a couple pairs of checked pants that I want to look at and are in stores, but the majority of what I was interested in (and a lot of what shows up in Plus sizes) is online only.

Well I finally got through to place my order, but the dress I wanted to look at sold out already! Apparently some people were getting through.

Kari- mine errored out, too, but is now showing as purchased and delivered. I'm going to wait a few hours, and then call, if I don't get a confirmation e-mail.

Definitely sounds like the “delivered” status is a known issue per their Facebook page’s response, as is orders or charges going through multiple times. Oof.

Thanks Kari, at the bare minimum I’ll probably get a bra or two.
I’m pretty sure the sales associate I used to work with has fully abandoned me. I asked her before the sale started what she thought was good, she said workout wear. Wasn’t an encouraging answer

I ordered from Boden instead. My order got captured twice so i have two pairs of the same shoes winging its way to me. too late to cancel one.

Looks like we are all having the same thing. My first order that said could not be placed was actually placed so now I have several duplicates coming to me. What a pain! On the other hand, maybe that's why some things are selling out so fast, and will be returned soon.

Peri, try contacting customer service if you can - I had a long wait through chat but they were able to cancel the duplicate.

Hi Kari, I did, but they could only cancel some of them. She said some of my order was already packed. I'm going to be surprised if it actually is that fast though.

I didn't get a order confirm like I usually do. I just placed a second order or the same things because it didn't look like the first one went through. I'll see what happens and keep you posted. Happy shopping!

I placed an order a few hours ago but have not received a confirmation email. But when I logged into my account, it said my order was “getting ready.”
