I ordered the really skinny pants in black that Aida has... with two rewards cards and a discount code they came out to $11! In any case, I should have asked Aida about sizing because I need a different size, so I called to arrange an exchange. Well, LO AND BEHOLD, they can't just do an even exchange. I get my rewards back, but not for two billing cycles, and if I want an exchange I have to pay full price for the correct size.

I was so irked that I decided to just return the pants and not bother getting the correct size. The agent told me I am not the only person with this issue and said she would put it in my "feedback".

If you have a Gap card, keep this dumb policy in mind!
