Invisible shoe straps?

Has anybody tried invisible shoe straps? I did not know these existed, and seem like a good idea for shoes that slip off:

i haven't tried that, but i did try a heel pad. it was gel heel liner that was supposed to help shoes stay on and not slip. it was great the 1st time, but whatever made it stick the the shoes didn't hold up and it didn't last. i wonder if that would happen with this as well

I have used the heel pads before and found they did not work too well. It seems to me these invisible straps might work better.

Amazing. I have never seen these. Thanks for bringing them to our attention, Niefern. Although if they look like they do in the photo, I don't find them invisible, exactly. Still, if it would help a pump stay on...it would be so great get pumps to stay on!

Hmm, this is a great idea in principle but I'm really skeptical they're actually invisible. I suspect it is like those invisible bra straps, you know, the clear ones? They were clear, yes, but weird and shiny and definitely not invisible, and looked way stranger than visible regular bra straps. Anyway, these look like the same material.

Too bad, because I'd love for pumps to actually stay on my feet.

I guess these are like invisible bra straps, not really invisible but very unobtrusive. For example, I would love invisible back straps for my clogs. I love clogs, but I hate how they tend to slip off my feet.
