Suz, I have yet to see a bricks-and-mortar store with those sizes. My suggestion is to order a bunch from something like herroom.com, and see how that goes. (That's what I'm trying next.)

Thanks, Di. I'm in Canada, so the duty and taxes for online ordering (especially if you know you're going to return) get really prohibitive. But I may indeed have to go this route. The few online Canadian stores I've discovered did not stock these sizes, either.

Maybe another option would be to see if my local specialty shops would order in for me, and return if I did not buy. After all, I'd be buying SOMEthing from them; just maybe not this or that particular bra. I can check!

Suz, Nordstrom carries a few 30 bras, but I think 30C is the smallest by a quick check of their website. I share your frustration in just wanting to be able to try one on in the proper size.
The other option is to order 3 or 4 in varying sister sizes from Herroom or Bare Necessities and be prepared to return the rest. I haven't done this, as the BF would likely flip at a several hundred dollar bra order. Not to mention, I'm a bit smaller, like you and don't need an engineering marvel to hold up my modest rack lol.
I have been using eBay sellers with mixed results. Now I only use those with return policies since having to give away several 'almost' bras over the year.
Good luck in your search. Mine has been going on for a few years now really. Sigh.

Suz there's a store down by Mec that has tiny sizes but for the life of me I can't think of the name right off the bat. It is not an intimacy shop but from all accounts is fabulous. There is another intimacy store, where I bought my one good bra, down the street from there and I will check re sizing and get back to you.

You mean in Toronto, Freckles? The MEC on King Street? I can look on my next visit, for sure! Thank you!

And thanks, Mo, too, for commiseration! It is true, it doesn't need to be an engineering marvel to hold them up. But even after that first (perhaps not ideal) fitting, I was stunned at what a difference one that fits even approximately can make! And also, the difference in comfort was huge!

I am in Winnipeg and we have at least four specialty stores that carry small band sizes. At least down to 30 but a few also have 28s. Some bras fit smaller than others too. If you check the yellow pages or google for lingerie stores in your city, I suspect you will find a few. Just look for ones that carry lejaby, prima donna, freya, fantasie, panache, etc. Those are the brands many of the better shops carry.

Most of the experts suggest a snug fit on the loosest hook and say you will move to the next hook every 3-4 months as the elastic starts to wear out. A year is the max life for most bras unless you have a lot for rotation.

I usually have too many but wear the same 3 or 4 most of the time.

I am a 30GG (UK) which I think is a 30J in US sizing. Finding anything in a normal bricks & mortar store is pretty much pointless.

There is one specialty store in my town that stocks my size but their prices are prohibitive. I use them to check my sizing, find a branf that works & then buy online. (I do buy something from them when I use their fitting people etc.)

I can get a bra & matching bottom online for half the price of just the bra in store. I prefer to support local business but they need to support me too.

No sorry Suz I meant Ottawa.

One of the stores I was thinking of is LIlac Lingerie but their band size starts at 30 and it appears their cup sizes only go up to about a C with the small band size.

Sorry, the person I heard about it from was mistaken apparently.
