I recently bought a shirt at Zara.

I want to wear it for an interview, but I have no idea what to style it with

I would prefer to wear pants, except I'm not sure what pants would go with it, and what shoes

Fab shirt. It would work with lots of different bottoms imo. What do you have in your wardrobe? I'd try it with just about every skirt or pant I had:) Again depending on the bottom you could wear this with a flat, heel or bootie.Good luck with the interview.

Not sure what type of position you are interviewing for, so that would help. I am assuming the position does not require you to wear a suit.

I would try a black pencil skirt or some sleek black trousers.

I would go for a false plain bottom (like a glen plaid or pinstripe or tweed, etc). I think black with black is too forgettable, but then I don't work in a conservative field . . .

What Mo said. I do work in a conservative field (well sort of. Like Una does) and I avoid all black for fear of looking too goth.

I probably *wouldn't* wear it with conventional suit trousers.

Do you have a gray or blue pencil skirt? This would look nice with a colored pump, if you want to stand out a bit, or a black or gray shoe and a colored purse. Err on the side of conservative, unless it is a very creative position that you are applying for, I think.
