So much good stuff on this thread and best of luck tomorrow, Kari!

For the casual interview I like #1 actually.

As for the suit, I would head over to Talbots. Unless you are in a creative field, extremely casual field, or the tech industry, I vote wear a suit of sorts for interviews.

No need for me to weigh in on outfits, so just sending positive vibes your way! I totally agree that it's best to approach it as a chance to learn no matter the outcome. I AM looking forward to a WIW
You have already received a lot of great advice, and I agree to wear a suit. I just wanted to wish you good luck and hope it all goes great!
Hi Kari --

First, congrats on getting an interview so quickly in this market!

PNW interview dressing gives me such angst -- I feel one *can* be overdressed in a suit, but prefer to wear one (or suit separates). For that extra uh-oh factor, I'm in a creative field but often interviewing for large organizations, corporate or otherwise...so I feel I can be dinged for not showing a bit of flair, ha.

In case it helps, however, I've recently been on both sides of the equation. As the interviewer (lowercase c "corporate) I took note of the interviewees' outfit; while both senior-level female candidates wore rule-breaking outfits, I would have hired either due to their respective skills, confidence, grooming, etc.

[One was in a print wrap dress in colors that looked great on her + sandals; the other, in hose + closed-toe shoes but a sleeveless top.]

As for me, I was luckier than you in some ways -- I spent my fall/winter wardrobe money on an interview capsule items that could work for a variety of settings along the hipster/casual/corporate spectrum -- but unlike you the clothes weren't needed so quickly!

Lots of great comments upthread and this is already long, but since you are a dressier person in general and probably have a lot of the below in your closet I'll tell you what was in my "old + new" interview arsenal:

* 3-season wool suit in a dark neutral
* bold print blouse/top
* dark neutral knit blazer
* medium wool neutral blazer
* a higher-necked knit sweater with a subtle pattern in neutrals (for under either of the blazers)
* dark knit skirt
* print jersey dress
* colored sheath dress

My basic thought process was:
* neutral suit or suiting separates for the more PNW formal (note: NOT business formal) places
* knit + structured wool item (both in neutrals) for the medium formal places
* print dress or colored sheath with wool or knit blazer for the less formal

Winning outfit below.

BTW, trust me when I say there is life after a cough very wrong fit cough work environment -- you WILL get out and you WILL feel so much better! [Though your YLF time may go way, way down....]

Good luck!
